Questions in a survey

Questions in a survey gather information from users. They can be simple or complex, based on the type of answer that users provide.

You can use simple questions to prompt users for a singular response, such as a date of birth, and complex questions to collect multiple pieces of information. For example, you can use a complex question to ask users to list the names and addresses of their previous employers.

Although both simple and complex questions are supported in surveys, only simple questions are supported by the Question smart shape. You can create and manage your questions on the Survey Management landing page.
